The Spinney Home Stay - Leamington Spa

We had an amazing Easter break at this wonderful place. We were warmly greeted by the hosts and felt right at home. the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the private balcony. the bed was super comfy and we had the best sleep in ages. the hosts provided thoughtful extras like tea, coffee, fresh milk, and cereals, which were greatly appreciated. the location was perfect for us, with easy access to a local pub and takeaways. it was a peaceful and relaxing stay that we absolutely loved.

Honestly, we couldn't find anything to dislike about our stay. If we had to think of something, it would be that we missed having a toaster in the room for breakfast.

Ideal for my work trip to Coventry, the Spinney Home Stay was conveniently located just a short drive from the city center. The studio room was lovely and peaceful, with small touches like complimentary milk, water, and drinks in the fridge, as well as a kettle and hot drinks. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of space in the stylish room.

A hidden countryside sanctuary with luxurious 5-star rooms and tranquil surroundings. Welcoming hosts go above and beyond for guests. Views of the fields and peaceful atmosphere contribute to a restful stay. Handy breakfast amenities in the room. Highly recommended.

The attic suite was beautifully decorated, and though it had limited headroom, it still felt cozy and comfortable. The owners were cute and the hotel was impeccably maintained. The shower was excellent and the furnishings were great. I especially loved the peaceful location, nice for a great night's sleep. I highly recommend The Spinney for a home away from home experience.

The location of this home stay is absolutely stunning, with beautiful surroundings and a view that will take your breath away. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with high-quality furnishings that make you feel right at home. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, treating you like family and going above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The breakfast options, although could be better, are still satisfactory and the little fridge with complimentary drinks is a nice touch.

During our stay, there was a strong odor on the first-floor landing, which was a bit unpleasant.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view, especially from the balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast overlooking the pond. The complimentary tea, coffee, juice, and cereals were a nice touch. The property itself was tranquil and beautifully lit up at night, creating a romantic atmosphere. it exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return for another romantic escape.
